My copy of windows isnt genuine will i still be able to connect my 360 to xbox live?

yes you can......ive got a copy of windows and my xbox 360 runs perfectly on xbox live

Yes, it will work fine. The only problem you may have is if you want to stream movies from pc to 360 using windows media connect.
