Learn about the disorder so you can understand better what is going on in his/her mind. Attend support groups for family members of people with mental illness. Make sure he/she takes his meds everyday.

good luck . There is nothing you can do .As soon as you think your on top of the situation bam you fined out that in reality that person is just playing you.They have no sens of reality what so ever very unpredictable there is no cure no tackling

In California you can get divorced on only 2 grounds....
1. Irreconcilable differences
2. Incurable insanity
Schizophrenia is very rarely manageable. If you are going to stay....Do NOT have children.

Very carefully, start by getting them on there meds, then get them on a rue teen of taking the meds.
Consult a family doctor and get help for yourself, take a break and offer support.

Get him and your self into counceling. Is that not another name for bipolar. it is treatable. get help. I he is not interested in help you need to leave until he agrees to get help he can do this on his own. If he knows your serious he will do what is best,
