Nice post Answer M.
As Donna said, Vodka (alcohol above30%) kills the bacteria. Also works great on armpit odour.

Other effective things to try, normal brown or white vinegar, or baking soda+water solutions

The below links have other suggestions

Oh yes, I forgot to add. The odour causing bacteria will also be in the socks (even though they are washed) and the shoes. So you have to wash the socks with a some bleach added to the washing machine. To clean the shoes, either buy new ones or try in one of the shoes you own that you can experiement on, to clean the inside of the shoe with either Vodka, Vinegar or a store bought foot deodourant

As others have said, natural fibre socks such as Cotton will reduce the production of odour causing bacteria, as cotton allows the skin to breath while manmade fibres dont. Manmade fibres trap the air around the skin, making it hotter and increasing the production of odour causing bacteria

Ive used Vodka and vinegar (though I prefer the vodka, as it has no smell after application),which completely kills armpit odour causing bacteria for a few days to a week. I use pure vinegar 30mins before a shower or the Vodka after a shower. They both work great, so should work in theory for your problem

Your feet do not smell. No one smells. Even fish have no odor. TRhe odors come from bacteria that live and die on your feet or on fish and they give off acidic vibrations that are noticed through smell. The bacteria donot smel it is the left over dead bacteria that is peutrifying.

So to stop odors you have to get rid of the bacteria. the best way os to wash them often.
Then also realize bacteria love coll damp dark places letr more light get to your feet more oftne and let them be dry and you will get rid of a lot of bacteria. IF you think some bacteria have colonized your feet. then you can do the following.
whenever you wet somethign and let it dry more watrer comes off of that thing than you put on it. That is becaeu of some thing we call capilarry action . It allows one water molecule to pull on another one. HTa is why we canuse a tube tomake water go up hill. Do you knmow what I mean. YOu sucho n one end of the tube while the other is in the water and then put the tube higher and you get a nature powered pump. The actual pumping coem s fomr the fact aht one watrer molcule will tug on another and pull them selves along.
So if you wet your feet and let them dry. And do it again and do it say five times at a time maybe three times a day. That is a way to get rid of athletes feet because you are dryuing out the skin. ( It is what causes us to get cracked lips in the winter. ) we wet them wiht our toung and then they dry losing a little bit more moisture than we put on when we wet them with our toungue. We do it repeatedly wihtout realizing it until our lips have becom eover dried and the natural moisture in them is lost.
So if you have smelly feet and if it si causte dby bacteia you can try for a week washing them threetinmes a day in the wy I have explained and maybe it will kill down the bacteria. ald also you want to eat a lot fo fresh fruit and raw vegetable and maybe some yoguart. That can help your body kill bacteria all over it. And when you do all this then wear clean sameakers and shoes that allow yyou rfeet to air out regularly and if they ever get wet fomr snom or puddle water etcetera meke sure you completely wash and dry them all.

HOPE THIS HELPS.

Scrub your feet with wash cloth and soap. A great deal of dead skin collects on your feet and does not slough off because of shoes and socks. Wear white socks, they stay cooler. Further stay away from nylon etc. This material does not breathe or absorb well. Cotton is the best absorbency.

Soak your feet in white vinegar and salt water. The vinegar will help with the odor and the salt softens the water. Then after you put on your socks of a morning take a deodorant swipe up the bottom of the foot prior to putting on the shoe.

My husband had this problem and this is what his doctor advised. Use an antipersperant/deodorant on the soles of your feet before putting socks on; Mennan Speedstick worked for him.

Also, always wear a quality leather shoe. The whole goal is to reduce sweat.

Drink tea of fenugreek seeds thrice daily and you should get out of the odour problem in three months. The tea is prepared by heating a tablespoon of the seeds in three glasses of water till it is reduced to one glass

Not sure what to tell you, but I am interested in the responses you get. My 9 year old daughter is the same way, can't stand to be around her when she has her shoes off and you can even smell her through her shoes.
