Can lots of crying speed up your period?

does lots of excess crying entagonize your period or is it a sign that it is coming

Crying doesn't bring on your period. However, in the few days before your period, your levels of the hormones estradiol and progesterone crash. This can make you more sensitive and inclined to cry.

It's a sign that it is coming. your hormones make it happen. and it sucks

no it makes u more miserable but not speeding it up at all.
