Ive been takein the birth control yasmin for a month i wana kno if your periods should b lighter than usual? this is the 1st month ive taken it and im on my 5th white pill and i got my period it was very light is this normal?

I was on yasmin for five years, and it worked well for me. my gynocologist prescribed me it because my periods were extremely heavy.
Yasmin does lighten your period, as do all birth control pills. You may also notice your periods get a couple days shorter. Mine were only about four days long on yasmin! i loved it, and i want to get on it again for regularity
