This happened to me before. I received a strange letter. When I opened it, it said I won the irish lottery. I called the number that was on the letter, talked to a person. Things just weren't adding up. So I knew it was a scam. So now i just assume that letters I get like that will be scams. So I don't like to open strange letters anymore.
