This is a very long answer to a very short question. So here goes: Biological- if you wear a condom, then you are protected unless the condom breaks. A woman is biologically more proned to getting HIV because there are rips and tears involved. Culturally, I think you are talking about gender disparities. Women are more likely to get HIV because they are more likely to get raped, or forcefully coerced into sex. As for social- poverty is the social. Poverty does not cause people to have more sexual partners. Instead, poverty causes more people to have very little education. There are still people born every day in poverty that do not know what HIV is. And when there are no resources or good teachers to teach them what this virus is, then it spreads. They also do not have enough money to get the necessary contraceptives in order to halt the spread of HIV. And, they lack the access to get to a doctor to be tested. Poor people don't get to have medical insurance because they can not afford it. And there is always the fact that free testing clinics survive on donations and taxes from the local community and state. Places in poverty will have less testing clinics because the places can't survive in these areas.

all people that are that poor have to do is have sex. it's their main joy in life and they share it with anyone they can get to participate. life has little value beyond the moment, so they throw caution to the wind for the chance for a little luvin
