Are...and I think you categorized this question wrong, I don't see what this has to do with Pregnancy and Parenting.

If these are three different departments or services, the verb must be "are." If they are not, and the name of the department is "Customer Service, Support, and Execution," the verb must be "is," but you should add "Department" or "Division" after the word "Execution."

You might want to rephrase this sentence. If there are three different departments, try "Our Support, Execution, and Customer Service are..." so it doesn't look like you have a Customer Execution Department.

I think it is "are"
Because you would replace "our customer service, support and execution" with the word "they" (plural).

and you would say: They are exceptional..

"Are" Since you are discussing multiple (plural) items. If you were discussing any one of those in the singular it would be "is".
