My husband and I are trying to concieve. Usually I have a normal menstural flow every month. However, for the past two months, I have just spotted for three or four days, and nothing after that. It was very very light, and this is unusual for me. I went to my dr and she told me to wait until the 4th or 5th of this month and take another pregnancy test, but I haven't taken one yet, although I plan to first thing in the morning. Has anyone ever had these symptoms before and been pregnant?? Thanks for any advice!!

Hopefully for you since you are trying to concieve this is simply implantation bleeding and you are pregnant, I thought I was spotting at 5 weeks but the doctor told me IB was what it was and its usually very light and pink. I hope you get the answer you want :)

Wow, I could have written the same thing! I have always been extremely regular and have been off birth control for 9+ months. Well, the last 2 months my periods have been about a week early and extremely light (lasting 2-3 days at the most) and mostly just spotty. I finally went to the doctor and they did a blood test and I am not pregnant but they don't know what is causing my periods to be like this. My dr said that if this month is the same thing, then they will do more testing but for now I get to just hang out and wait and hope to get pregnant. I hope everything turns out better for you! :o)
