I've had that, and it is very gratifying, especially when you can actually do something useful for them.

I think it's one of the most rewarding experiences of being on Yahoo answers . It's happened to me a few times and I found out I truly helped someone and it's a great feeling , I love it . I value that much more than any point gain .

It is a good feeling, it your opportunity to do a good deed for someone in need of help. It makes you feel good to know that you tried to help someone or that someone needed your advice.
