FOX NEWS is only one channel, yet there are numerous other channels that are not balanced but cater to looney liberals. Why is that?
With additional media coverage like moveon.org and the TODAY show and the New York Times, why are liberals whining and complaining about ONE channel?

They don't believe Free Speech is for everyone.
They want to control the informatin flow.
They love attack ads and stories against Bush and defend them but anyone dare say anything about liberal by a conservative the fur flys.
Case in point Ann Coulter.
Mention Rush is right all the time to a liberal sometime and watch them turn red.
See I have 3 thumbs down already proving my point.

Liberals have a world view that their vision is humane and compassionate.The corporations that own a lot of the media want people just to get along and spend money.When news channels like CNN try to counter their views that the world is in fact a brutal and aggressive place,it's bad for business.

I could care less about Fox. There's a reason Jay Leno,
David Letterman, Conan O'Brien, SNL, South Park,
Adult Swim, Countdown & The Daily Show all lean left &
it's not because of the media.
Or maybe, it's because Fox gives them so much material
to work with.

FOX News is actually one of the most conservative news channels, and is often cited as a favorite by that ridiculous righty, Ann Coulter. It's not really balanced. Nothing on television is balanced, because all networks are owned by different people, and so the owners of the station give everything a particular political slant to spread their message. It's not likely that coverage will ever be balanced, but the only way to fix that is to have one person that owns all news outlets, and that doesn't work for so many reasons. Welcome to the world. Sometimes it sucks!

I'm afraid you are completely off base. It is only because the President has the media on his side that he's been able to fool as many people as he has about 9/11, Iraq, etc. Notice how quiet the newspapers, as one example, are on Iraq? Every day dozens of people are killed and our troops are constantly under fire, but there is virtually no in depth coverage of experiences of the troops, the Iraqis, and the violence. Voices of people speaking out against the war are either given minimal exposure and ignored, and controversies about Hurricane Katrina and the official story of 9/11 are not looked at in any depth. But when Anna Nicole Smith dies, or Kobe Bryant goes on trial, they are all over it. Not just Fox but all the TV networks are failing the people in their duty to be a watchdog and deliver facts about what really goes on in the world.

I don't trust news on the TV at all. For example, every aspect of Anna Nicole Smith is considered news according to the news channels. They run stories that are more geared towards what people WANT to hear about or see, rather than things that are actually happening in the world .

Fox slanted way too far to the right, it doesnt bug me, i just dont watch it, except only on days i want to see their talking heads explode when things go the way they dont want them to go, like 11/08/06 and Scooter Libbys verdict

ON TV...you have Glen Beck...headline news..7 pm
ON Radio.....AM stations...Michael Savage 3 PM pst
or...(910 KNEW) live stream Internet.
ON Internet....Glen Beck.....(540 WFLA) Live stream 9 AM.
Listen....or watch....You wont be sorry

The media is about making money, not about favoring conservatives or liberals. There is no media that will ever be in YOUR favor and will always be there to fill your mind with junk and get you to want to buy stuff you really don't need.
