Simple: There is DNA inside blood. DNA is not only inside blood, however. It is a part of genetic material that determines who you are and it is in every cell in the body.

DNA can be extracted from a blood sample... that's about it.

The red blood cells of humans doesn not contain a nucleus so in terms of DNA blood is unusual in as much as one of the major constituents does NOT contain DNA.

Nothing, other than the base materials that they are made of. DNA is code, and found with in cells. cells make up the world around you, such as blood.
