Does a premature birth affect one's horoscope?

what about the babies that are supposed to be born under one horoscope but are born prematurely and end up under the previous one?
(by the way, this doesn't relate to me - i'm a full term virgo, i was just curious because this situation probably happens a lot)

Its' all about when a person is born. Late, early, it doesn't matter.

if it was born healthy then this means that it wanted to come into this world as that sign so it chose to be born earlier to aquire those traits.

you go by his/her birthtime and date
