How do you save a file with a preview for excel 2003?

Can somone tell me how to save a file with a preview in Excel (2003)?

I have Excel 2003, and I looked at the Extras, and Advanced.
There does not seem to be anything that matches what you say. Do you mean save as an earlier Version and make it useable for a 2003 Reader ?
