Get a good nights sleep, eat enough protein and have a bit of extra vitamin C. Vitamin C helps your brain function, too. There were studies of cognition and vitamin c intake that showed its importance. Remember you can take the SATs several times and pick your best score to use.
Good luck!!!

Like everyone else said have a goon nights sleep, eat breakfast and make sure that u bring a snack. The test is long and u don't want to have an empty stomach during the test.

The best piece of advice I remember was -- if you don't have any idea what the answer is, DON'T guess at it. If you leave it blank, you get 0 points, but if you guess and answer it wrong, they take points away. So guessing can end up biting you harder if you get it wrong.
Here are some other fairly generic-sounding tips: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/lc_two/tipsTwo.html
Also, when you go in, lobby for them to bring back the Analogy section! That used to be the best part! :)

Apparently, it has been shown that people who listen to Mozart (only Mozart, no other composers) just before a standardized test perform better. It actually worked for me! (my score went up 60 points!) I know it sounds stupid, but try it.

Starting now - forget about the test. Let your mind roam free and get a good night's sleep.
