The driving force behind all behaviors are needs. Love, attention, acceptance, etc. When these needs go unfulfilled, the groundwork is laid for what the individual perceives to be the appropriate response. The response can be, as most people know, positive or negative.

If this is intened to be a TEST Format, then I choose C. - Because neither A nor B satsify this answer.

Although, when you apply either Aberham Maslow's theory or Freud's theories;
Maslow teaches that all reactions are learned by Motivation.
Freud teaches that all reactions are pre-set as our Psychological schema; thus it is purely Psychological and un-wavering.
