See a doctor first. You may be suffering from arthritis, bursitis, rheumatism, frozen shoulder syndrome, a nervous disorder, or even a bad night's sleep. Once you're checked out, you may just want a good therapeutic massage which usually gets rid of sore muscles and tension.

I have a certificate in massage, try getting someone to massage your achey body. It helps, then go to an osteopath. xxx

Sounds like stress to me. Your muscles are tight. You should get a massage. Unless you have been in an accident a massage will make you feel SO much better.

Chiropracty is bunk science, don't even bother.
Your pain could be something minor that a general physician could diagnose and treat like a pulled muscle. Go to a general physician first and see what he says.
