The education system. Instead of teaching religious studies, teach morals set out by a code of conduct that is acceptable to our society.
Also have more vocational teaching for the less academic children, one person might not be good at reading and writing, but they may make a master craftsman at stone masonary for example.
Lets teach our children what is right from wrong and give them a realistic future, one they can be proud of being apart of.

Change our voting system.

I would make it so that people voted for their local council
(really local as in district and parish)

The elected council would send a representative to form the County Council.

MP's would be elected to be part of their County Council and representatives for the County Council Constituency at Westminster. (this would become 65% of the second chamber with the rest appointed on a PR basis from those MP's who are from parties) So if Labour won 56% of MP's they would appoint 56% of the 35% but local councils would have supplied 65% of MP's making independents a potentially much larger body in Westminster. This would reduce the power of the party whip and encourage more accountability of the executive.

Then those political parties who wanted to be the Executive Government would run as a team of 100 and require to win 51% of the available electorate to win outright control (not just a majority of those who voted) The executive should not need 100 so this would leave some reserves who could sit in the HoC speak in debates but not vote.

The HoL would become a tourist attraction with a waxworks set of figures(similar to how it is now) and I would get rid of all other currently elected bodies or individuals.

I'd get rid of Rupert Murdoch.
No more of his cruddy papers spouting bile at immigrants, benefit claimants and anyone over a size 10.
No more control of the media via his Sky network. The Simpsons would be free again (and relatively recent episodes) on terrestial TV!

It would be compulsory for all men to go to the gym, and call when they say they will, and not drink until they vomit, and be given lessons at school on how to treat women with respect, and given lessons at uni where not only where all the parts of the vagina are, but what they do and how they should be handled, also, they must not mention their ex girlfriends, and rub our feet at least once a week for as long as we want. Oral sex (for women) would be a mandatroy part of intercourse, and required before penetration, lessons in this will also be compulsory to all sexually active adults. They will all be on the male pill, but use condoms every single time anyway, blow jobs will not be 'expected', and refusal to swallow will not be a big deal. They will woo women like it's the fifties, and be polite and respectful at all times. They will act like men and not teenage boys, and never urinate outside in front of their girlfriends, in bed, a warning MUST be giving at least ten seconds prior to farting, though the preferred method would be to go do it somewhere else. If your woman likes you hairy, you will not shave your body, if she doesn't, then you will. Think that covers it.

in case you tear up the human rights law then you definately are literally not as magnificent as you imagine you're.you spot, the police are utilizing the draconian powers given to them contained in the "terror guidelines" by technique of that Blunkett guy. And now, non violent protesters are being rounded up (eg Heathrow airport and hands fairs) and locked up lower than the concern guidelines. without the Human rights act, in many years contained in the destiny, even as the state has tightened its grip on human beings, there'll be a lot suffering. to manage to shrink a lengthy tale short, if you're arrested and the police say you've been lower than some terror regulation, they can detain you for as a lot as 36days and Brown needs that prolonged to 6months. that is all effective if threat free human beings are literally not arrested, yet they are. lower than the present terror guidelines there are at the moment about 1500 human beings being held indefinitely. ok i understand maximum are literally not English yet your body of ideas is "difficult". and that is faulty because of those despatched to courtroom, below 5% were stumbled on to blame. To imagine you dont desire the HR law is effective for you yet we are grateful that individuals like you're literally not in position to make certain those issues because frankly you do not have any clue. it truly is the following to stay. And it truly is threat-free to assert that the HR law were written up by technique of very smart human beings and is as watertight as can get. yet i understand truly some the topic matters with it at modern-day and that is British Judges are literally not attentive to it or used to coping with circumstances that upward thrust up thereof. and that i too am surprised at a number of their judgements in line with it yet i understand it truly is their fault and in no way the HRL. so that you will be attacking the incorrect camp there. Sorry yet I do get somewhat uptight in this issue more suitable than others that I particularly have revealed various questions with reference to the concern. i could be cool about it besides the undeniable fact that it truly is HUMAN rights and the wording does say HUMAN no longer autos or timber or ANIMALS. And wager what, we are HUMAN. And to assert we do not favor to be secure hostile to some unforseen eventuality does my head in.How do human beings arrive at such irresponsible conclusions. Is it the water?
