The whole idea of writing a sequel/prequel/spin-off didnt seem right to me at first, but now I'm curious to see how people envision the story couldve continued.
With so many spin-offs and 'sequels'/'prequels' written out there, I was wondering which one is the best to try out.

There is a book called Darcy's Story that is very good.

It's writing is great, and it track's Mr. Darcy's POV throughout the novel. I wasn't a real fan of it simply because I'm not fond of 'spin-offs' but it's probably the most loved P+P book that not Jane Austen.

There is just nothing that can compare to Pride and prejudice. I would suggest reading Mansfield Park by Jane Austen, in many ways it is as good as Pride and Prejudice. If you just have to have more of Mr. Darcy there is a trashy book called Mr. Darcy takes a wife. Ooh la la!

There are no sequels to delight and Prejudice written by ability of the unique author, Jane Austen. There are, i think, sequels by ability of alternative authors, yet i do no longer in my opinion evaluate those sequels by way of fact they do ont have the comparable writer. experience and Sensibility isn't a sequel, merely yet another e book by ability of Jane Austen. additionally, i don't have self belief that there are any action picture sequels, yet there are 2 distinctive variations of the action picture version of delight and Prejudice. desire this helped =)

Darcy's Story is an amazing sequal to Pride and Prejudice. It is the same basic story line, put in Mr. Darcy's point of view.

Letters from Pemberly by Jane Dawkins

It's 25 letters from Lizzie to her sister Jane after she becomes Mrs. Darcy.

If you go the website below (Amazon) it'll give you a description of the book. I thought it was really nice.

I agree, Pride and Prejudice is hard to beat....I loved it...but to say it was my favorite Austen book, I read them all. My next favorite was Persuasion. If your looking for Modern day Pride and Prejudice, may I suggest "Diary of Bridget Jones"
