I had that icky flu for nearly a month, took antibiotics to finally get rid of it. I realized my period never came as I am usually very regular. I got it a week late but it was so light that a liner was enough and it only lasted 3 days!
I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet, but... do you think I might be pregnant or maybe ill affects from that flu-bug & meds?

It is possible. You should take pregnancy test or go to your doctor.
First of all, the embryo is said to be all or none during the first few weeks of development. This means that it if you are pregnant and the baby comes to term, then it will be fine.
When the embryo implants into the uterus it can cause some bleeding. Sometimes it looks like a very light period.

Antibiotics decrease the effectiveness of birth control and alternative forms of BC should be used until you get it all out of your system. Could be nothing to worry about, but you might go ahead and take a test to be sure.

Is there a chance you could be pregnant? It very well could be because you were sick sometimes the stress on your body can screw up that stuff. you could always take a pregnancy test to make yourself feel better .

At least it came. Not sure why but only a specialist can tell you that for certain. I know a young woman who had stomach pains and illness only to find out she had a dead fetus in her womb. See a doctor.
