If you can avoid the drive thrus and find a microwave then eat lean cuisines or healthy choice frozen tv dinners. Tv dinners have come a long way and they're fast and easy to prepare. They have a lot more balanced meals than any fast food joint can offer you and lots of different choices. They also have all the nutrition facts right on the box!

McDonalds is probably the most popular, but not AT ALL the best. If you want to have something CLOSE to Fast Food, you should try a good Brick Oven Pizza Store.
1. Not really expencive
2. Fast Food is A LOT worst
3. Everyone likes pizza!
4. Great type of food to eat with friends!

No fast food restaurant will help you loose weight you just have to know what you are ordering . So instead of getting greasy hamburgers, get a salad with a light dressing. Instead of getting a Pepsi or a coke, order some water with lemon.

Daphne's Greek Food- you can always do chicken breast and mediterranean salad. Or Quizno's has a "Turkey Lite" sandwich on wheat bread with fat free red wine vinaigrette. Or anywhere with Flame Broiled or rotisserie chicken, just be sure to order steamed veggies as your side. If you want to do the salad thing at any restaurant, be ware of salad dressing!

Hi Beth Ann, I always go to Wendy's when I have to take off a pound or two.They have great fresh salads.Use just half of the packet of dressing or ask for the fat free ones.I get bottled water or diet soda.And I opt not to have dessert.Later on I'd have a yogurt or some fresh fruit.

Taco time. Chicken taco salad with only 1 tbsp dressing is really really good for you.. The chicken chili is only 100 calories per cup, and a chicken taco isnt that bad for you either. at Taco bell, you can have their chicken salad with salsa dressing and thats really good for you. Subway of course is the obvious answer, but keep in mind, they advertised calories are for a sub with no cheese or condiments on it...Salads at Mcdonalds if they have dressing on them are actually more calories than their grilled chicken sandwich on the wheat bun.

Go to Subway,that place has the best food.I usually get a footlong Turkey/ham/cheese with pickles tomatoes and mayonnaise on wheat bread.Its extremely healthey and i lost over 40lbs eating there.

you can go any restant but not mc.donalds wendys salids there great if you must eat mc donalds grill chicken no frys no bun,taco bell taco salid there great carlojr salid but if you want to lose weight i would not eat at these restants all all mabey go to sizzers for there salid bar you ge full or dennys has a good salid too even alot of subway 6 inch only
