No, not unless it's complete rubbish or just too technical to understand. Some of the best answers are short and concise.

No I don't. I don't really give people a thumbs down that often because it is the person's own opinion to the question whatever it might be.

Never...if it's too long I read it because that person has something to say. I prefer long answers because they are more comprehensive. What I hate are long answers copied from the Internet.

no but i do try to always give a thumbs down to those people who call the asker a wh*re and bad things like that

No. But I do think that smart and sensible answers do not have to be too long. I do not read the longer ones.

No only when it's long and I can tell it's just a cut and paste answer because they were too lazy to do any thinking of their own.
