First of all, I would like to say that some previous responses have thought that there is some kind of "magnetic field" around your body. That simply is not true. The reason why many say that these bracelets may have health benefits is because it interacts with the iron in your blood. As we all know, iron is magnetic, and I believe the theory is that the small amount of magnetism coming from the minute amount of iron in your blood, is beneficial.

Your body has a magnetic field and when you have an injury or are sick that magnetic field is broken. When you wear a magnetic bracelet , necklace or insole you are helping restore your magnetic field. Thus restore the injury or sickness. Magnetics are known to give you extra energy increase strength levels by 20%, reduce swelling and reduce pain levels big time, helps produce new blood vessels increases oxygen levels in muscles and tissue, heals injuries faster, improves condition of cells. And they last forever, what more could you ask for.

Magnetic bracelets are good for health. But not yours. The peddlers selling this junk get rich and you get taken for a ride.

There is not one published peer reviewed scientific study that says that magnetic bracelets do anything.

some people believe that the magnetism draws pain and toxins out of your system... so if you have a bad wrist.. wear it on your wrist and it helps, supposedly. But I have never personally tried it. They make magnet matresses too, for bad backs.
