Consider this: There is no legal definition for a second cousin.

5th cousin (however the hell that's even defined) is only one step off from being the furthest relation to you per 6 degrees of separation. Go for it.

5th cousin means nothing, basically. I think Al Sharpton is my 5th cousin and I'm white as a ghost.

Seriously, I wouldn't date my 5th cousin just because he is my cousin. If you can get past the cousin part, it's ok.

The son of your uncle is your first cousin. The son of your uncle's son is your second cousin. I think you can follow it from there. People are generally not allowed to get married if they are first or second cousins. Anything else is permissible.

there is no such thing as a fith cousin.trust me i just found out that i had a 5th cousin a couple days ago then yesterday i found out there waz no such thing and now were dating.
