There's a lesbian bar called Honey's in Bayport - 667 Montauk Hwy. I was there Halloween 2004 - it's an ok bar, sort of cliquish. Large dancefloor.
A good one in NYC is Henrietta Hudson - it's in Greenwich Village on Hudson & Morton - I went there many times when I lived in Jersey in 2004. It has a dance floor and pool table. Many types of lesbians go to that bar, it's very diverse.
