Do people look prettier when they have makeup on?

it depends but alot of people don't need make-up bcause what alot of people do is they think they need make-up but they really don't cause u wouldnt want to cover up ure beautiness but if u think u will look prettier in make-up its what u chose. =] if ya need any tips go to the site

I dont think they look pretty in make up if they are just staying home but if the occaision calls for it..like a party or certain jobs(fashion industry) then yes,make up looks good.

Girls look pretty naturally.But as a girl myself..I do like to wear make up sometimes.

It all depends. If you feel pretty inside, and you're not hungover.It's possible to look pretty on the outside. sometimes I don't need make up, and I think I'm pretty.
