Sometimes, when Im watching TV or reading, it feels like someone is pressing on either side of my head, near my temples. It doesn't hurt, it is just pressure, does anyone else get this.

yes, it sucks!! Sometimes when I rub my scalp it feels better, but I usually have to take an Aleve and it will go away after a couple hours.

If you have bad eye sight it may be from that, even if you're wearing contacts or glasses.

Other than that I have no idea how to get rid of it for good.

if you've had your hair pulled back for a long time try letting it hang free

It's possible that you're eyes are tired and are straining. Or perhaps this is caused by allergy fluids in your head, because this occurs with me sometimes too.

I get that a lot when I'm spacing out. I'm so happy to know I'm not alone. I was told it was nothing.
