If birthrights have anything to do with land rights, you'd be the nationality of the nation that you are floating directly over. If that doesn't apply, you'd have the same laws as people born on ships sailing on international water.

You would have the nationality of your parents. Nationality does not depend on where you are born, but rather, the nationality of your parents.

WHICH COUNTRY YOU LAND IN!!!!
i.e.: If a lady gives birth on an international flight coming to US and she is NOT U S citizen , she can ask for citizenship of this country for the "born on board"!!!!

I think the first baby who did that will get any nationality he/she wants. Afterall, all politician / countries wants to get that international spotlight.
