I'm only taking half a tablet a day, about 250 mg, containing ephedrine and hoodia, caffeine, etc. I wait about 3 hrs. before breastfeeding my 8 month old. Any advice? Thanks!

NO! This goes right to the baby. Stuff like that says in your body alot long then 3 hours. I post a question about dieting and breastfeeding.... lets just say theres nothing you can take.

If you are trying to lose weight, STOP IT. Breastfeeding alone should help you lose weight and there is plenty of time for weight loss after your baby is done breastfeeding. You risk endangering your child by taking medications hopped up with ingredients like ephedrine, hoodia, and caffeine, and strict diets can deprive your child of much-needed nutrients for his or her health. Breastfeeding is a fleeting moment in the grand realm of your and your child's life, even if you do it for several years; forget about weight loss while breastfeeding.

Do not take this while breastfeeding no matter how much or when you take it. It says on the label to not to take while breastfeeding. I recommend talking to your doctor.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Suck the item in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting for your desk or making the evening meal. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and provide one step closer to any flatter stomach.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about medicines when breastfeeding, not people on Yahoo. Some I'm sure, know what they are talking about, but don't mess around with your baby's safety.

Eat goats cheese rather then regular cheese. It contains 40 percent fewer calories than the cheese created from cow’s milk.

Yes. I was pumping breast milk for my son when he was in the hospital...he was almost 3 months early and on a feeding tube. I had to take stool softeners and they did not affect the milk at all. My doctor gave me some at the hospital.
