Breast lift surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Any plastic surgery cost will vary on where you live and which doctor you choose. For a breast lift expect to pay several thousands dollars (in single digits). And when you speak to a surgeon make sure they tell you the total cost that includes the cost of procedure, anesthesia, surgeon fee and then clinic fee.

I have not heard of breast lift being covered by insurance but if you have very large breasts and are getting them reduced and lifted, you have a small chance provided your insurance is good.

A breast lift only LIFTS your breasts and make them not sag. If you have back pain you would get a reduction with a breast lift.

My ins company covered my reduction with breast lift when I had my reduction in Feb 2006.

The total was $8,000. Go see PS's covered under your insurance plan (they should have given you a directory of doctors when you started being covered).

Good luck!

You would need to see a surgeon first for an exam. The surgeon will decide if you need a reduction and or lift and if it is medically necessary. If it is, then they write a letter to your insurance company explaining why you need the surgery. If they deny it, then you would have to pay out of pocket for the whole thing. That would be around $10,000 for the surgeon and hospital bills.

Well it is a few thousand dollars. However if it is detrimental to your health and causing pain, your doctor can submit it to the insurance company before you get the operation. They may or may not cover it.
Good Luck!
