Also, how much is the first issue of Archer and Armstrong ( I guess it's supposed to be Chapter 3 of the Unity: Time is not Absolute series or something) worth in the same conditions un-opened all that (yada yada yada)? How about the first issue of Magnus: Robot Fighter?

Okay, a little history... Legionnaires was created to bring back some of the innocence lost during the two year gap in Legion of Superheroes. And it did it quite well, really.

However, like most modern comics in the post-Image world, the first issues of any series are overprinted. And many comics were polybagged with some sort of card or poster. In the case of Legionnaires, it was a card. There are some that believe that depending on the card, the back issue price will rise or fall. It's actually not true.

Right now, a mint, unopened Legionnaires issue 1 is between $2.00 and $5.00. And it all depends on what people are willing to pay for it.

As far as the Valiant books, Archer and Armstrong and Magnus Robot Figher (if it is the Valiant version and not the Gold Key version), the market is not that good right now. The company was bought out by Acclaim (the video game company) a few years back, and stopped producing comics all together. However, because of the whole UNITY crossover through all of their titles, the first issues of these books tend to have a higher price in the collectables market. Magnus can retail for as high as $30.00 due to his long history (he was originally published in the 60's, with the first issue going for about $180.00 mint).

Archer and Armstrong were created by Valiant, so their 1st issue retails between $2.00 and $6.00.

Keep in mind that selling on an auction site will tend to get lower bids than a retail store either online or in person. Also, selling to a store tends to garner a lower price since they have to turn around and sell it again. All of these prices are arbitrary and based more on what people are willing to pay.
