Legally, perjury (lying under oath) is the same regardless of what you are lying about.

Morally, it depends on what you think is more important. Based on what I've observed about common attitudes in the US, lying about sex is far worse than lying about treason.

Well, adulterous sex is a victimless crime and all people lie when asked if they have cheated on their spouse. No problem here.

To lie about needless death and treason, those are life altering deeds that effect other people..so I guess they would be the most harmful lies.
