Why are you suprised that a right-winger turns out to be a hypocrite? Hypocrisy is what they do best.
Also hypocrites:
Rep. Dan Burton, who fathered an illegitimate child. On Impeachment Committee.
Rep. Henry Hyde, who had a years-long affair with a married woman, what he indulgently called "a youthful indiscretion". (He was in his 40's). On Impeachment Committee.
Rep. Bob Barr, anti-abortion, who drove his wife to get an abortion when they didn't feel like another kid. On Impeachment Committee.
Gov. Kirk Fordice (R-Miss), who endorsed Impeachment of Clinton, then was found to be having an affair of his own with a married woman! He said it was none of anyone's business! HYPOCRITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, that makes him a hypocrite , he want get any votes at all, he is at the bottom of the Republican nominees list. Livingston that same day was suppose to be taking Gingrich place and he came before the congress just before the vote and told I have to resign I have been having a affair in La. for 20 years with this same woman and intend to keep on with my affair. Henry Hyde that was the big leader in impeaching Clinton admitted he had a 20 year old son out of wedlock because he was married all through the affair. They are all a bunch of hypocrites but their Republicans those religious fanatics and what they do is okay. Their just nothings the whole sorry lot.

You seem to have a sprint OCD element occurring there. it seems which you're obsessed on hatred for Gingrich. Are you jealous? is that this a political hack job? Take a breath each and every so often and hear your self. If i'm an adulterer does that advise you won't be able to be a criminal? could Clinton not have been prosecuted for his crimes? Is perfection a prerequisite for prosecutors, politicians, policemen? it is going to possibly not harm to furnish the different guy the wreck so which you may have in case you weren't appropriate.

You DO know that Gingrich's affair came out in public just after Clinton's impeachment, and that he resigned because of it?
And I don't recall him criticizing Clinton for having an affair - it was because Clinton lied under oath and obstructed justice.
So, are Democrats hypocrites for disregarding Clinton's lying under oath and obstructing justice, while crucifying Libby for the same offenses? Gee, ya' think?

Not necessarily. It depends on whether Gingrich was criticizing Clinton for having the affair, or for lying about it under oath (a felony).

Great, you're going to get the cons started. They say the difference is Clinton lied under oath. But, Newt just now admitting it after all these years is just as much a lie. To me, he's no better. They were conducting a witch hunt. Anything to get Clinton out of office. Remind everyone here why Newt stepped down...

Not according to Gingrich. He claims it was because he lied under oath yet he is one of the people who felt "dubious" about Libby committing a crime and will probably be one of the masses saying he should be pardoned.

Clinton was committing perjury before a federal judge, that's why he was being criticized.
Nobody blames him for the affair, we know he got his reasons for that.
