purchase the kind that has the wings that wrap around the crotch of your underware and if that soesnt help try a tampon they really dont hurt and are alot more sanitary that a pad is, you dont need to change it as oftenas a pad either. depending n your flow.

Have you ever worn tampons? If not you should try it. Just do it for a whole day, dont take it out cause your uncomfortable ( usually when your uncomfortable its because the tampon is not up far enough). Anyways, once you start wearing tampons you'll be like "what was I thinking wearing pads!". You can wear pads at night, if you don't like sleeping with tampons in.

Get the pads with the wings - they are the best pads to use because they protect your underwear and wrap around the underwear which keeps them in place.

You just need to learn through trial and error which is the best position to place them on your underwear.

Well I wear these really tight shorts, I put them on after I put on my underwear and pad, they're like made of the same material as underwear is, their like these panties and their really tight on your skin and comfortable so you can wear them with jeans or anything and your pad wont even move!
