in a way yes I do,I feel although we contribute to our own destiny's by the choices we make there are certain paths that are already layed out for us.We just chose which ones we travel,unfortunately we don't really know the paths we chose until we are there because most of us do not look beyond the current choice

I believe there are things for which you are divinely pre-destined, but I also believe in free agency, which means that the decisions you make and the actions you take can lead you down other paths that would take you away from that destiny and its attendant blessings.
