Need some ideas to raise money in work for Red Nose Day....no shaving or waxing involved please!!!?

Hi, we have a swear box starting from christmas for the whole office and that raises quite a bit for charity! Also get everyone to wera something red for £2! If theres alot of you answering phones then out of all of you whoevers answer the most calls - say it was 10 calls that person answered the rest of you have to give £10 to charity each!

Other ideas are:-
Everyone has to wear red for the day and pay a pound
Could fill a jar up with sweets get people to guess how many are in the jar say 50p a go then they win the sweets.
Who’s that baby? (staff bring in photos of themselves as babies) then get people to guess who they think the pics are give a box of chocs to the winner.

Everyone has to come dressed in fancy dress,make a theme such as the wild west and for every person that participates the boss has to put £5 towards red nose day.

A raffle all bring in your unwanted Chrismas gift beware noone brought it you in the office and raffle them off that way you raise money for comic relief, get rid of unwanted gifts and buy something you want.£5 a go should raise some money for charity we did this and raised over £200 one year at work.

How about simply just wearing your Red Nose all day - sounds easy but...
Perhaps sponsorship for every half hour it's on your nose?!

It's got to be comic though, given that it's for comic relief.
I believe one year at the last place I worked they had a 'phantom flan flinger', who was dressed up including a cape and mask, and could be paid (though also counter-paid to avoid him/her!) to fling custard pies (well, foam filled cases anyway) at people. Made quite a bit of money I gather... And of course, the less popular bosses ended up having to outbid their colleagues who wanted them flanned... So there was the option of boss saying ' but I paid not to be covered in custard!' and the flinger replying, 'yes but someone paid me more to make sure you were!'

Most offices tend to have a dress down day. We are going slightly different and have a dress-up day.

The ladies will be in Ballgowns and the gents will be in dinner suits.

£5.00 a throw for the privilege. Should raise about £250.

HAve a go at a sponsered silence, write on a note pad to talk to your collegues. If you have a job where you need to use the phone a lot, get some one to use it for you or tell everyone befroe that you cant be called - they should understand it is for charity afterall! Or do the classic - everyone wears red.
