Me and my boyfriend have been dating for a year now and we spend every day together. To begin with I already have a low sexual libido, but in the last few months I haven't been getting as "wet" as I did before, and my boyfriend has noticed. He asks me after we make love if I'm still attracted to him, and I can see that this is bothering him. He has a pretty low self-esteem, and I think he bases his image of himself off of whether he can pleasure me or not.

The thing is, he does pleasure me, I find him very attractive. The only thing I can think of that may be affecting this is just habituation. We have a great relationship, no fighting, we are even starting to plan a future together. It would be hard for me to tell him the reason is that I'm used to his body and face, he'd take that the wrong way. Tell me how to spice things up and let him know that I still find him sexy. We have years ahead of us, so I need to figure this out now.

There is one simple answer to your question: Experiment.

If you are tired of the same ole same ole routine, mix it up a bit and discuss and fulfill each others fantasies. Whether it's sex toys, sexy lingerie, role playing, or whatever else either of you may enjoy, try it all and see. Worst thing that can happen is you don't like it and don't do it again.

This is a common problem among many, many couples and is one of the primary reasons for divorce. People get used to each other and eventually get bored with the same habits and routines.

Try surprising him with a sexy outfit and some role playing out of the blue. It will be exciting for you, and should be a nice self confidence booster for your man.

There is nothing wrong with purchasing some good lubrication. If he is still pleasuring you and you (obviously) love him, then that should fix it. I'm not sure how old you are but as some women get older they just don't produce as much natural lubrication, doesn't matter how horny you are, it's just a fact of life for some women. Don't stress too much. Purchase some of the new KY stuff that is both a lubricant and a massage oil, then you can really spice things up. Good luck

Seriously, if you want to add a little excitement to your sex life start out by doing little things that he would never expect you to do. Answer the door completely naked, go pick him up from work wearing nothing but an overcoat or a slinky dress and pull off on the side of the road for a few minutes. (anything to get your motors going) Anything different, any place different, any style different. That's usually all it takes.

Its not uncommon for the honeymoon phase to fizzle the passion while still being in love. There are things which can be explored for low libido (some of it may be hormonal & could be fixed non evasively).
You could try some new things (not talking kinky sex) try tantric for greater intimacy. Communication & trust are paramount in a relationship, dont be scared to talk to him & reassure your love.
Stay positive treasure things will improve.
Best of luck.
