Go ahead and use them, but be on the look out for leaks. I would figure the expiration date would have to do with the gel inside them.

No they do not expire.. if it is Pampers.. that was the date for some promotional game or the loyalty program. I will find the webpage for you..
If the package is unopened they should last a long time. I have been saving up diapers since I found out in August I was expecting. I really do not think there is expiration date on the packs. I have really never looked. Congrats and good luck.
Pampers Response:
I'm sorry for any confusion with an expiration date in or on our Pampers diapers and training pants bags. This is the date our new Pampers Gifts To Grow program ends. (To learn more about this new rewards offer, visit http://us.pampers.com/en_us/gtghome.do)... It doesn't mean the product expires. In fact, In general paper products do not have a specific shelf life. However, to ensure the best performance, we recommend our diapers be kept in a shaded, dry storage area where the temperature is 85 degrees or less. Extreme heat or humidity could effect their performance. Also, if diapers are more than 1.5 years old, they may change surface color, but the product's safety and performance will be as great as ever

The expiration date is not for the diapers themselves, it is for the Points inside the bag--for the pampers rewards program.

Yes they still good and yes you can use them.
Pampers use to have special promotion for frequent buyers by collecting point for free items or free packs of diapers but But Kimberley Clark the owners of Pampers decided to eliminate all kind of promotions, the only thing that you are able to get is coupons. The only brand that have expiration is Huggies but as you know diapers don't last that long on the shelf.

i'd still use them. they're not that expired. it's not like it's medicine or anything harmful. are you sure it's the diapers that expire? i know that papmers was running a points thing and the contest was set to end on that same date. if the date was on a small sticker on the inside of the pack with a bunch of letter and numbers, that's for the contest.

I don't think diapers expire. I would look at the Pampers website or call customer service.

Wow, I have never heard of diapers expiring, but, just guessing, the granules inside of the diaper that absorb moisture probably start to dry out and get crumbly and will not absorb well anymore. I don't think anything harmful to your baby would happen, but they probably just don't work as well as they did when new.

I think it is just that they don't guarantee them after that date. Probably something to do with the gel not working. If they leak or something, the company doesn't have to refund your money because they were expired. The shouldn't harm your baby, but they may not be as absorbent.
