Think about all that you have and how many suffer each day with out anything or very little. I use to get really depressed then we drove over to a very poor part of town. I wasnt happy because they were poor but I was felt I had no reason to be in my pity party. That my life could be much worse. SO, I wake up thankful every single day.
So pick your self up fix your hair and smile, life aint so bad.

Go out and do something fun! Watch a movie, go bowling, skating, dancing. Or just stay home and watch all funny movies tonight. Get a bunch of junk food and see who else wants something to do and invite them over to watch funny movies all night. If no one is available, so what! Just do it anyway! Play a board game with someone special. Cook something wonderful! Play music in the background! Listen to a bunch of wonderful music that soothes the soul! Take yourself out to dinner. Put on a comedy movie or TV show
Go out for a walk
Exercise
Phone a friend with a great sense of humor
Eat some chocolate :)
Make plans to meet friends for lunch/dinner

Sometimes when I have a bad day, I just start over by saying that its gonna be a good day, and saying positive things, helping others. Fake it till you make it.lol.
It seems corny but it really does help. I hope u have a better day.

I know exactly how that feels, a really good way to lighten your spirits is to exercise, go to the gym go for a nice walk or a jog. I know that it works first hand but if you dont believe me check this out
