T.O. takes a lot of flak, and he deserves it. But beneath all the bull****, T.O. proved last year that he has plenty of football left. At 32, he hasn't slowed at all. Even when he does, he'll still have the strength and physicality that make him an asset on the field.
Right now, T.O. looks like he has a lot more mileage left in him than the younger Randy Moss.
If the cowboys open up, which I think they will without Parcells, look for Owens to rack 80-90 catches, 1,100-1,250 yards and 8-12 touchdowns --- If he stays on the field.

I think he'll do well. This is a critical time for Owens. At 33 next year, he has to know that 2-3 more good years is all between him and the Hall of Fame. I think he'll get there.

T.O. is a prime example of money not being able to buy you happiness or self esteem... Year two with the Cowboys will be filled with lots and lots of drama cause T(urn) O(ver) has to be in the spotlight.

That said he'll have 1000 yard season, swallow some more pills, have another whiny news conference or two and when the Boys get bounced out of the playoffs TO's tenure in Big D will come to an end, thankfully.

What kind of season he will have rests on one finger. It's going to be interesting how this plays out. Does he whine? Of course. Does he bump his gums too much? No doubt. But as long as he has a star on his helmet, he's part of the Cowboys. Personally, I think that he was key in Bledsoe's undoing. Not that I was a big fan of him anyway, but how is it that you can't get instant chemistry with a 13 year pro, but then turn around and start playing for a 4th year first-time starter? I'm not sure what's going to happen this year. I have a feeling that if they bring in a free agent from another team that's not trying to hear his mouth, it's not going to be nice. I wish I could say that T.O. would mind his P's & Q's, but T.O. has too much of a fetish for drama for me to say that.

Owens will have a solid season, if he gets along with Wade Phillips. He led the league this year in TD catches for WR's and that was with an injured hand. So imagine what he will do with a good hand. With two good hands the guy will not drop as many passes, therefore adding to his TD totals. Look for him to have above 1300 yards recieving and 11 to 15 TD catches.

T.O is still one of the best recievers in the league whether anybody likes him or not . If he doesnt have a great season though his career is probably over for good

i'm looking for similar numbers to last year, provided he plays the entire season, which is very questionable...his injury problem is a small factor, but the more important thing is whether or not he can go two whole seasons in dallas without causing major trouble...this is the part of the equation that i don't think works out for the cowboys, and they will end up cutting him to save their young QB from being torn to shreds by a whining diva like TO

I think TO instead of gaining maturity is going back to puberty. How can Jerry Jones put up with such a whinning diaper boy. Perhaps they are lovers. dont take it personal ok, it is just that i dont ever picture Owens being a champion, he will never be happy. and that is really gonna spoil the cowboys.

Hmm.. its his second year in Dallas, that means it will be about time for him to rip the team apart. He's great at that, so I see a really good season of finger pointing, whining and all around "bad for the team" antics from him. He'll get more time on ESPN for his tantrums than he will for play highlights.
