i have been charting this month my temperature. last month i had my next period on day 40 and didn't chart and missed the ovulation date. this month though i have been charting and this is what happened. my period has been 36.4-6 and this morning it was 37. does this mean i ovulate. we ttc last night which was march 8 and the 6. do i have dates covered.

Your temp went up enough to indicate ovulation, you will know for sure it has if your temp stays up for at least the next 3 days. Your intercourse dates look good if you did ovulate. I wish you luck.

This doesn't make any sense.

It also talks about cervical mucous. You can track that as well.

You need to take your temperature every morning at the same time. If your cycle is every 28 days, (around day 13-14) you will notice a small drop in temperature right before ovulation and then a big hike up. If the temp stays up, you are most likely pregnant too.

You need ot have sex before you see the drop and continue through the rise up.

Had 2 kids w/this method. Worked both times in the first try.

GOOD LUCK!!! It is tedious to take your temp at the same time and not move out of bed before you do it.
