I need an affordable attorney in or around Burlington, Kentucky. I gave custody of my daughter to some family members due to a bad situation I was in at the time and now I need to get her back. She is in the states custody right now and I desperately need help to get her back. If anyone knows of an affordable attorney in the Burlington, Ky area I would greatly appreciate any help. I don't have a lot of money right now and I also live in Greeneville, TN but my daughter is in KY

Go to the legal aid office near you in Tenn. and see if they will contact the legal aid office near your daughter in Ky. to get you some free legal help. Good luck. I take 3 or 4 cases like this a year pro bono but I am licensed only in Mo. and do not know who to send you to in Ky. Good luck.

Try the state Bar Association in Kentucky. They should have some referrals to attorneys who will work for reduced rates.
