This is rather a "how long is a piece of string" question. It is impossible to make even a wild guess without knowing the weight, the quality of the cutting and the most important of all seeing exactly what the colour is. The term yellow runs from just a little off white to the deepest canary colours.
Your best bet is to invest a little money and take your stone to a good lab for evaluation.
P.S. One answer said yellow diamonds are synthetic, this is absolutely not true.

It's not linear. A two carat will not cost twice the one carat. Go to one of the online diamond sellers and look it up

A lot less than you'd think. Flawless yellow diamonds are artificial. Did someone grind off the laser-inscribed registration number?
