I've been in love with Patrick Dempsey since 'Can't Buy Me Love', so my vote goes to McDreamy.
I think they must be pumping something through the water system, because all the men are hotter on the show then they were before Grey's Anatomy. (i.e. Chris O'Donnell)

Hmm...put your choices together! YUMMY!!! heehee..no but seriously, I'd have to say George! I love him...he's soo adorable and just yum. But McDreamy and McSteamy are pretty yummy too...and I miss Denny...i wouldn't say he was hott, but there's something about him that's soo sweet.

Alex there is something to like about a man that tells it like it is instead of playing the nice guy.
George he is a mess he needs to get it together.
McVet I really like a strong man he hit the road when Meredith could not make up her mind.
