at the last min. my friend tell me she going to the beach + she just got some money and was gonna get me a suit since i wasnt wearin 1. i said no i could just go wit wat i was wearin but she wanted me 2 get in the water so she'd get me one anyway and + she needed accesories. we get to the store and i feel bad makin her buy me stuff so i try getting out of it by saying i dont like anything, but she picks out one for me and i try it on. i find her in the store and i hand her the suit and look around the store some more. she takes it and heads in the dressin room to try on stuff. she says she didnt find anything and my suit is gone and her bag is bulky. i could've said put it back but we leave and she gets caught, now she mad at me cuz she's like she's a good friend,she stole it 4 me plus she saved me 4rm trouble and she shouldnt get in trouble alone she owe $200 and want me to pay it. she steals all the time so i feel its not my fault . i didnt force her or ask 4 anything she offerred.

It was her idea to steal the suit whether it was for you or not. She will have to deal with the consequences of getting caught alone.

You need to tell her she is on her own and terminate the friendship.
She is not a very good friend if she is putting you in that position. She is on her own - it was her choice to steal, and hopefully the store surveillance will back up that story if she tries to involve you in the theft.

You were wrong for not telling her to put it back, but that is it.

She was the one who stole and you shouldn't blame yourself.

The bigger point is why is she your friend? You know she does things like this yet remain, she will take you down with her one of these times.

If you want to know the quality of a person, look at their friends.

Your friend? stole the suit regardless of the reason why she is the guilty one. You need to find better friends.

If I were you I would find some new friends who would not do what your friend that you have now is doing. I would dump her and find new friends.
