So I;ve been noticing that my body looks fatter no kidding and I went to the doctor like 2 weeks ago and they weight me, but my weight has been constant. But I know I gained weight, it totally changes your body and I don't fit in my good jeans anymore... :(

Any tips on how to start something healthy or any comments...I'm just really frustated

Did you get a haircut? I lost seven pounds when I got my hair cut; no lie.

Maybe you gained weight but a haircut is hiding it.

Exercise at least a half hour a day more than you do now, and eat small meals. You will get to a healthy weight.

Your weight doesn't have to change when your body does. Maybe your are gaining fat while decreasing muscle. Muscle is heavier than fat.... This could happen when your lifestyle changes, maybe your not as active during the winter, but your weight stays the same. The best thing to do would be to work out, if you don't have time to work out just try getting around more. Something as simple as taking walks can make a big difference in how your body looks. You may not lose weight, but your body will get more fit.
All in all, you could just compare the things you did when you wore those old jeans to now. How has your diet and activity level changed?
