well if a player is not drafted by any team, they become a free agent and can sign with any team they want - Marcus Vick last season - they dont go back into the draft.

A player who is not drafted by any team, can sign with any team as an undrafted rookie free agent. So there would not be a need to enter the draft the following year.

They can be, and usually are, drafted as Undrafted Free Agents. Most teams have at least 6 or 8 every year that are signed after the draft and are invited to camp.

1.If the player in his junior or senior year out of college chooses an Agent then he is out of college and is eligable for the draft.If he is not picked up in the draft the year he chooses an Agent then he becomes an Undrafted free agent eligable to be signed by any team interested.

All non drafted players become automatic free agents. Truth is, very few undrafted players ever make it or play for more than two seasons.

I believe that any draft-eligible player that was not drafted becomes a free agent, and thereafter any team can sign him.

I guess they could reenter the draft but they could also sign as an undrafted rookie free agent with any team.

No they become rookie free agents and can sign with whatever team that they want to. Granted the team that they want to sign with wants them.
