nope...i was a 34C and now at 19 im a 34 D - i hate it...haha

Nope. 32-anything is a pretty small bra size. I didn't actually need to wear a bra until I was 16 and a senior in high school. I apparently went through late puberty and went from flat to a 32C. Sometime in my late 20's I had another hormonal surge and now I'm a 32D. My younger sister was a 34D at 14 (life ain't fair). Trust me, any 32 bra size is still considered small, but at least you stick out a little bit. Sucks trying to find a 32C or 32D in the stores.

No way. I had a 34 D at 14, and now at 26 am a 34 G. Thank your lucky stars that you're such a good size. I can't even buy button-down shirts that don't look like burlap sacks on my waist and ready to pop buttons at my bust.

A 32 band and C cup is pretty good. If your band is 32, you must be really tiny with big boobs; I bet those teenage boys are all over you! Just be careful how you dress, be sexy not slutty if you know what I mean.

You don't sound abnormal for your age.
If you're worried about what size bra you're wearing, then go along to a shop like M&S and get measured.

No - larger than most but I was a 36 C at 13 - you're alright.
