Call your department of social services, and start making different plans for your future.
There should be a woman's group around that can talk to you.

First of all you need to see if you have a helpline in your area this is a number you can call in which they can provide you with assistance with rent, utilities maybe food and clothing. They should be able to give you a number to a place where your child may go for daycare. ( even if he is Manic ) there are special needs daycares. You will have to find yourself employment. You might want to check around and see if you can get on with a place where you can do data entry from home. Call DHS and see about food stamps and child assistance. Then call legal aide and see what your rights are against him to get some child support and spousal support.
AND getting evicted is a 30 day process. She can's say she is evicting you if it isnt paid today. She has take this process through the court systems. So do not let her bully you. You might check with your church. Sometimes they will help in situations such as yours.
Stay strong I went through this with my ex husband same thing he left me with rent due and all bills needing to be paid.
Good luck.

Hold it there! . You need to protect yourself right away with a lawyer (they work pro-bono also at Catholic Charities, or other similar places). In many states, if you have a child, it is very difficult for a landlord to evict you, as Judge will look after welfare of children first. Get legal counsel now!
Now, show good will, and try to talk to landlord, maybe you could do some work for him/her (is it a building? ) in order to pay your rent. Good Luck!!

Contact an attorney right away. In most states a landlord can't kick you out without a 30 notice.
Then contact your family for some financial help.
Good luck!

You go to dss and get the kid into therapy and file abandonment charges on your husband.Sounds like you have a lot of problems, you might want to go to family counseling and get your husband to go if he will. This will take courage and self honesty on EVERYBODY'S part including your own.

I feel sorry for you as I could only say one thing, be strong and call for your close relatives to help. If they refuse, negotiate with your landlord to give you ample time to move. Then let your friends know about this, ask their favour and please get ready to change your life for the better!

Try as much as you can to get in touch with your husband, alert the police about him, and try to get a temporary job, if you can. Apply for a loan. Good luck!
