have you ever been afraid to post an answer????
i received two violation notices:
the first was for replying : retard
the question wasn't even a valid question, but i do realize that wasn't a socially exceptable response. so i put myself in check & went on.
now, today i was sighted for a response of : do your own homework
i am confused:
these were violations???? i have read all type of vulgar, tacky language & questions that are not even ledgiable & i am in violation with these two replies.
i just wondered who else has had this type experience & how do you feel about it.
am i just over reacting or is it a bit unnerveing to be sighted for an answer someone didn't like.
oh, and by the way, i received a best answer for the same (do your own homwork) answer for previous question.

LOL you get them for the dumbest reasons. People are over reacting. It has happen to everyone so don't feel bad. And your not over reacting but to be honest there is nothing you can do. Good luck in yahoo answer cuz its hard out here for a pimp LOL.

Unfortuately, there are far too many thin-skinned dolts on this site that ask moronic questions and actually expect an answer, along with the lazy teenyboppers expecting someone else to do their work.
I am sorry you've had this experience (as I have in both cases you mentioned), so to derive some form of enjoyment from the site concentrate on what are legit questions. Believe me, you can tell the difference.

I cannot even begin to understand the Violations. The Community Guidelines are a joke. I was violated for the following:
Q: What are you having for breakfast?
My Answer: What are you making?
Sometimes its just people with a hard-on(don't violate me!) who have petty, small minds.

sorry that happened to you about the homework response, but the retard one was way off base, I have a friend who has two retarded children, now adults, its offensive to two of the sweetest people you'd ever want to meet.
I have to laugh though that you got best response for that, you should get best response for the homework response, and you should not have been flagged for it either. Tis life. Hope your experience gets better.

I've only had violations for answering a question with a question. Some questions just beg for something smart A88 in reply.

The method of choosing violations is unfair.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I was shocked at what I did, in perfect innocence, that warranted a violation. It seems so random at times, how can you avoid it if you don't even know what "IT" is.

I was reported for caling pro-illegal guy a loser. I have seen so much worse on here. People will report you just because they do not agree with you. Freedom of speech is not allowed on here.
